先月下旬（12月26日）、岡山大学教育学部が取り組んでいる、授業力パワーアップセミナーという教員研修会が完了しました。今年度は、県北の小学校に３度お伺いして、生活科の授業研究に参加しました。今回の取り組みの中で、授業担当の先生の授業に対する姿勢は、相当変化したのではないかと実感しました。Late last month (December 26), we completed a teacher training session called the Power Up Seminar for Teaching Skills, an initiative of the Faculty of Education at Okayama University. This year, I visited elementary schools in the northern part of the prefecture three times to participate in a lesson study on Life Environment Studies. I felt that the classroom teachers' attitudes toward teaching had changed considerably.

毎年、二つの高校で、ティーチインと称してワークショップを行っています。12月には、その二つの高校でティーチインを行いました。先日（23日）、そのうちの一つの高校のティーチインが終わり、2022年内の大きな仕事は完了しました。高校生、二つの大学の学生、中学生、地域の方が集まり、12のグループ（１グループは６～７名）を作って、地域のつながりを取り戻すため、世代を超えて楽しむことができるイベントを考えました。Every year, I hold workshops called Teach-in at two high schools, and in December, I held Teach-in at those two high schools. The other day (23rd), I did the Teach-in at one of those high schools, and had completed my major work for the last year. High school students, students from the two universities, middle school students, and community members came together to form 12 groups (each group consisted of 6-7 students) to come up with an event that would be fun for all generations to enjoy in order to reconnect the community.

先日、ゼミの卒業生と久しぶりに会いました。今回の同窓会で、卒業生４人と会ったのですが、初めて、卒業生のお子さんと一緒に同窓会をしました。赤ちゃん連れでも入ることができるお店で、ランチを食べながらの同窓会でした。The other day, I met with seminar graduates for the first time in many years. I met with four graduates at this reunion, and for the first time, I had a reunion with the children of the graduates. We had the reunion over lunch at a restaurant where they can bring your baby.
